RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order.
All requests must include the order number or proof of purchase.
To be eligible, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all tags attached. Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.
Exchanges are available for size or color adjustments, depending on availability. If the requested item is out of stock, you may choose a refund
Once your request is submitted, our team will review it and send you a confirmation message with the next steps.
To submit a return or exchange, please contact UFLEXIN via Instagram DM or email and include:
- Your order number
- Whether you are requesting a return or exchange
- The item and size you want in exchange (if applicable)
- A clear photo of the product with the tags attached

SHIPPING POLICY :
Shipping to all reachable areas in Egypt take from 2-5 days since date of purchase.
In extremely rare events some orders may take longer due to unusual conditions.
